What is the return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Simply reach out to us at rhealifeco@gmail.com to start the process.
Are any purchases final sale?
Most of our pieces can be returned within 30 days. However, please note that certain items may be marked as Final Sale—this will always be clearly noted on the product page before you purchase. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Where does RHEA ship to and from?
RHEA orders are carefully inspected, hand-wrapped, and shipped directly from Los Angeles, CA. Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99 on all orders unless it qualifies for free shipping. Once your order is processed, you can expect your RHEA pieces to arrive at your doorstep in approximately 5–6 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Does my order come ready for gifting?
Yes! We believe the unboxing experience is part of the magic. Every order is pre-wrapped and ready for gifting at no extra cost. Your jewelry will arrive in our signature Rhea velvet box, hand-finished with a silk bow and pearl bead, and tucked into a matching luxury gift bag.
Is RHEA jewelry safe for sensitive ears?
Yes! We use high-quality S925 Sterling Silver, which is naturally nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Our pieces are designed to be comfortable for daily wear, even for those with sensitive skin.
How should I clean my S925 silver pieces?
Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently buff your jewelry. Avoid using "silver polish" liquids or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can strip away the 14K gold plating.
Will my RHEA jewelry tarnish or change color?
All RHEA pieces are crafted from authentic S925 sterling silver, which naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to air and moisture. To protect the 14K gold plating, we recommend keeping your jewelry dry and away from chemicals like perfume or hairspray. Following our care tips will keep your pieces shining for years!
What is the best way to store my jewelry?
Oxygen is the enemy of silver! When you aren't wearing your pieces, store them in the Signature RHEA Velvet Box they arrived in. Keeping them in a cool, dry, and airtight space prevents tarnishing and scratches.
